First and foremost, I would like to thank you and your father for coming up with Choices for Life and bringing it to C.T. F. Taking this course has been a life-changing experience. I have been searching for a purpose for a long time now. The meaning of life as your father asked in the video I believe now that I have purpose which in turn gives my life meaning. My purpose now is making the world a better place. How I will do that is asking myself what is needed of me to improve the quality of life for family, friends and other human beings. Making that thought my first thought also being willing to invite people into my space. Truly living life, not just existing. Thank you again.

I've taken self-help groups for the past 25 years. Rabbi Friedman's group was the most relevant, insightful group that I've ever been a part of in prison. I would love to take the course again and I highly recommend this group to anybody who wants to improve themselves as a human being.
